I use a 13" conversion from Valair with a Kevlar clutch. I pull a 36 foot fifth wheel and it weighs 13,500 empty. The clutch is smooth and is good up to 450Hp. This clutch is not good for hot rodding or boosted launches, might want a good double disc for that although from what I've heard you give up some of the smoothness during engagement.

The new South Bend Street Dual Disc is a very nice unit, quieter than any other dual disc I have heard, and engage very smooth and easy. We install more of those clutches in Dodges than anything else. And South Bend's customer service is more than top notch!
