Somebody should be able to chime in here and give you a hand. Atleast its breathing and got a lil bit of a pulse, shouldnt take a whole lot more to bring it back the rest of the way. How long has the truck been sitting without running and how long did you let it run for when you got it started?

Loosen the three bolts that hold it to the timing case and the one down underneath at the back that bolts it to the throttle bracket. Then push it towards the head. Just an eigth of an inch or so to start with. There's two ways to get at the bottom timing case bolt: Either a "S" wrench, or a verly long (like 2-foot long) extension/socket than can reach all the way back towards where there's clearance for the handle.
If it was recently R&R'd it should move without much trouble, but sometimes they are hard to get moving after the bolts are loosened. A rachet strap clear around it and the engine has worked, as have various handles people have made to hook into the bracket holes. You do not need to loosen the injector lines.

If its been sitting that long you might want to try changing the fuel filter, fillin the new one up with seafoam and starting it up. Thats a long time for anything to sit without running. Im assuming the fuel in it may be that old to and possibly has alot of water in it from condensation.
