ok i have not had the chance to put the scanner back on it but i did check the connections on the hpop for oil and unpluged to see if it would change anything.

and sad to say no signs of oil and unplugging them didnt Make a difference no idiot light is showing but it did show when i unplugged the sensor on the hpop. plugged it back in and started it again and the light was off.

 

Do u have the factory fuel system?

the truck is all stock now, he got rid of the chip. only modification is the exhaust its just the downpipe with nothing connected to it.

 

No tune and it's still doin it?

Has the fuel pump ever been replaced?? Could also be rotten fuel lines or the pickup tube in the tank is getting partially blocked.
