12 valve not start

Default 12 valve not start
I have a 98 12 valve it will not start cold or hot unless I give it a shot of starting fluid once it starts it runs fine I have change the fuel filter and cleaned out the pre filter before the lift pump

My 97 was doing that, turned out to be my lift pump

Does it seem to start hard in the morning, or does it fire off after a shot of either??
