Default CUMMINS TROUBLE!

94 CUMMINS 119,000 MILES RUNS BUT HAS NO POWER HAS SEVERAL FUEL LEAKS (ONE ON TOP OF PUMP ON INJECTOR LINES) MAKIN SURE I SHOULD START HERE OR IF ITS SOMETHING MORE SERIOUS? SMOKES WHITE WHEN IDLING, BLUE WHEN REVVED UP. JUST DOESNT SOUND RIGHT WHEN YOU REV IT UP. ANY HELP?

white smoke=moister
blue smoke= oil
could be missing when reved up due to lack of fuel no getting to pump

I'd start by fixing the leaks and then check the timing...Also check the turbo for oil leakage on the compressor side...

Where exactly would oil leak on the turbo? I'm kinda diesel dumb, but I'm trying.

The engine oil pressure is fed to the turbo to cool and lubricate the shaft bearings. The shaft seals behind the turbine blades can leak and put oil in the air stream. If the drainback line is restricted and the oil can't get back into the crankcase quickly excess pressure can build on the seals and make the problem worse. If it is the intake side seal that is leaking the oil will go through the engine and burn as fuel and if the exhaust side seal is leaking the oil just goes out with the exhaust.
