so my 94 cummins lost od and lockup, it was searching back and forth from 3rd to OD then lost it. going through town it will get lockup at slower speeds but will never get OD. i took it to a trans shop and they said it needs a throttle position sensor... anyone ever run into this? they said its a common problem.

 

check the trans fuild sensor that is plugged into one of the tranny lines.....if it is unplugged for some reason that will happen

well i tested my throttle position sensor and that tested out ok. i said screw it and threw a trans temp sensor in it and it fixed it. so were back on the road again foggin out hybrids
