So here's the deal, I had a transgo shift kit SKFTOD installed with a new rebuild on the trans, now it won't shift out of 2nd gear unless you let out of it, but if you stand back in it, it will just shift back to 2nd and stay there. I then installed a new Dodge "RE" Governor Solenoid to GM Pressure Control Solenoid Conversion Kit and a Sonnex Throttle Valve Kit, didn't change a thing. I have adjusted the T.V. cable loose and back tight, checked all my pressure's everything is checking out. I have also change the T.V. spring from a very stiff green one to the softer orange one, I have called Transgo, and a few others but know one will give me any help on how to solve this, all they want to do is sell me another valvebody. The guy who built the trans did a very good job but he is also stumped on why this thing will not shift at W.O.T. Any help would be great guy's, thanks for reading

Sounds like a valve body issue.

I would pull it and check all the holes are opened right and all the check ***** are in place.
