Ok, so updated, I looked at the fuse box under hood. There was an engine control 1 30 amps, and an engine control 2 20 amps. Engine control 1 was fine, not blown, engine control 2 was blown. I tried putting another 20 amp fuse in there, it blew, so i tried putting a 30, it didn't blow, and it ran fuel you could hear it instantly engage and the injectors were still cracked and fuel was leaking out of every cylander. But now, the wait to start light will go on when i JUST BARELY put the key in, then when i turn it over to wait for the wait to start, it won't come on, i turn the ignition on off position, and the wait to start light comes on, put it on just before i crank, wait to start does NOT come on.......... DAMN ELECTRICAL BULL! So i have NO IDEA what the hell is going on, fuel is going to each cylander, but wait to start won't come on.

Absolutely nothing, thing gets more complicated as it comes. I checked the fuses, they were all ok except there was a 20 amp Engine control 2 that blew, so i tried putting another 20 amp in, and it blew as well, so i traded the 20 amp for a 30 and it didn't blow and it put fuel into the lines, you could hear it and see it as well from cracking the lines. But now when i go to put the key in, before the key is even in, the wait to start light is on, but when i turn the key to crank, the wait to start light doesn't go on? TIS CONFUSING! Someone told me because the lift pump is electrical, it could be sending mixed signals, blowing the fuse and screwing stuff up. But IDK i dont have the money to get it checked either

I'm probably just gonna go into a shop or my diesel school and diagnose it. Problem will be getting it there haha. Thanks for all the help, i'll be sure to tell ya'll what it was when we find out!
