I know its gotta be a boost leak but I cant find it haha this sucks I have a K and N on there and I checks that out as well

Ok so here is the update:

I make a pressure tester and ran the system to 20 psi. Found a small leak by the passenger side of the intercooler on the rubber hose. Its the tinest hole after 5 min the boost went to 18 so it isnt leeking that much but i am putting two new clamps and a new hose on it tomorrow. Do you really think that little hole will produce such a loud sound?

No its not the turbo, the only reason i know that is cuz the new turbo was put on last friday and this noise was coming before that so I can rule that out. I am thinking maybe some kind of lift pump noise possibly or is that not a chance?

It only does it under load, like ie: driving? Or does it do it when your free rev it as well?

nothing in reverse it seems to happen as i am crusing down the road at like 45 or more and it will do it when i am hard on the gas or light, but if i lift and just coast it wont make any noise.

highly doubt lift pump or vp noise.... Hmmmmmm def. boost related. Back to the small pin hole in your boot. Could be it because when its pressurized and the amount of air moving through it, it could be squealing. kinda like air escaping through the opening of a baloon when you pull the neck tight with your hands.

hmm i am HOPING this is it but from my gut instinct its not. I should have an update and possible video tomorrow with it if its not fixed

---AutoMerged DoublePost---

and as for the intercooler, it was pressure tested and there were no leaks so i am ruling that out

If your inner cooler is bad i have a stock 03 innercooler you can have nothing wrong with it gale banks gave me the big hoss kits so i thru it on.have all the stock pipeing claps and what not. You pay for shipping you can have it. i just dont want it in my attic anymore. Oh and as far as you problem might be chaceing two problems sounds really stuiped but my 03 the power steering would whisle when i got on it i thought it was the innercooler like leaking hense why i got a new one wasnt the case though was the pump the resivoir cracked pump was drie and was wisling. might not be it at all. or try under your cover on the top of the motor the were the valve cover is theres a big line that goes into the a square box that might be your vacum leak

if you are not sure if you have intake leak i would start engine and at idle soak all pipes and intake manifold with starting fluid and if your engine revs up you have leak and you will be able to find where it is too.
