i dont see any noticeable wear or tear in the hose at all

and it sucks my boost guages come tuesday from diesel dawg so i cant read the boost yet, and no sense in scanning it if there is no code

you might have to cap off the air to air boots and put air to it and spray with soap and water

yeah just spay the intire system down and see if there is any bubbles, try tighten all the clamps too it might be that easy

oh there not too much you can get them any where, it depends how big the hole is it could be a small crack and it expands when you get on it, the best way too find the leak is to put shop air to it and spray with soap and water

UPDATE: had the whole intercooler outlet pipe off and tested and everything is fine.... I am stumped and these noise is horrible. its only when i am on the gas as soon as i lift it goes away and sometimes its louder than others

Did you check out the link above? It's gotta be a boost leak! Check all the bolts on the intake and the intake horn too.
