got to finish pulling the head off of the passenger side and then get ready to pull the engine out have to replace cam and lifters and then fine tune her hopefully she runs great cause this is a lot of work for not getting paid or atleast not getting paid much but it will be worth it in the long time.

not a whole lot of luck yet haven't had a lot of time to get out to the bus got most of the little stuff off yesterday to get ready to pull the passenger side head off then after the head comes off gotta wait on a heavy duty lift to get the engine out and start rebuilding form the cam up whoopi doo be the first time for me and a good learning experience.

 

well going to head out to work on the bus get the pass head off and pull the front clip off to get ready to pull the engine out. should be done by the end of this month.

man the only luck ive had is bad half the bolts i tried to get off the weld on the nuts inside of the front clip broke and now i have to grind them off i dont know how to get the injectors out so ive been waiting on the other mechanic to get them out so i can pull the rest of the head bolts out and get the head off then start with the rest of all the other **** to get the engine out so slow going plus we took the bus out to this guy so HE COULD WORK ON IT not me and now they don't want to pay him so want me to take everything apart and he will get paid to put it back together wtf!? but on top of all that i just dont have the time to go out there everyday im lucky to get there once a week so like i said SLOW GOING. but thanks for the check up .

sorry took so long but no not really any updates was waiting on the other guy who is actually the diesel mechanic to get the injectors out of my way so i can get the bolts out of the head to get it off and besides that its really hard to find time to get out to the bus .

 

It's never a good idea tohave one take a motor apart and another one putting it together...

 

well i guess sense i cant get out to the bus as much as the band wants me too FOR FREE might i add they are finally breaking down and paying the guy they where supposed to pay the first time to finish it.
