well,I spoke to Dodge US and CDN...no luck...apparently there is a NAFTA type of clause(seasonal pun) that voids warranties going in either direction,...nice!
OH well for the price I paid for the truck I guess I'll have to "eat" a repair or two...

Huh. That really sucks... I really can't think of any legitimate reason for them to do that...

well finally had time to get the truck to the shop.....needed to roll Santa to get the funds....the verdict was no 2 cylinder had a bad injector it was only firing 89% of the time, and when it was misfiring it caused a fuel rail pressure issue which would cause number 3 injector to run short on fuel as well........I'm now taking donations for the save bruce's Cummins fund..(kiddin)....sucks to have to drop $1900 right before Christmas and we leave on vacation on the 30th for Disney World so I can run the Marathon there....it will have a very "special" meaning now I tell ya!

Merry Christmas to all,and thanks for the great responses to my problem......

Mods feel free to close my ticket

Well, at least it's repaired...

What was the fuel rail pressure issue you were talking about?
