Water doesn't compress, so it may have taken out the CP3 or the rail pressure relief. Remove the banjo bolt on top of the relief and see if fuel runs out.

I get just a little seepage at the top of the banjo in the center of the rail.

By the amount of smoke I'm getting I'm leaning to water in the tip of the injectors detonating and no I have hoses there.
