Default My truck is sick! Please help!

Hey so on my way home today i was going down the interstate and as I went to pass a slower moving car i got on it a little and the the turbo spooled up really loud and then went BANG BANG really loud like someone was shooting a .45 in the cab and I let out and looked at my boost gauge and it was reading 65psi and not going down like it was stuck there and then the truck chimed and said TPS 0345fs and blinked five times and then stayed on steady. I have a 50mm holset on it with a electronically controlled wastegate. So i pulled over and raised the hood and there was no fluids leaking and the truck was idling normaly so i checked all the connection running into the intercooler and out and any other connections i could think of off the top of my head. Seemed ok (i was just outside of Rock Springs i still had to get to Rawlins and then Laramie) so i started going again and it felt laggy like it was bogged down but it would do a 80mph cruise until i got to an incline then the best i could do was 65mph. Got to Rawlins and filled up inspected truck again and found nothing wrong continued to Laramie and the tank is nearly dry. I also noticed the whole way from Rawlins the truck was only running 500 degrees EGT and it wasnt smoking any other color but black and not anything more than normal. I checked everything again and ran my Bully Dog controller on it and it brought up the same code TPS 0345fs so I dont know what is wrong. I dont think its an injector but it might be. Please help

Thanks

dont these trucks have the VGT turbo's(Variable Geometry Turbo) something could of happened with that might have got stuck, if the truck is runnin a fine i doubt its an injector. you need to run a cylinder cutout test but with the common rails i dont think you can crack injector lines like on the old ones, too much pressure.

if the turbo blew i think you would be blowin tons of smoke because your engine would not be gettin any air, i know you said you checked all the boots goin to and from the intercooler you might wanna check those real good for cuts you could of blew one of those, not off the tubing but maybe just blew em out.
