I doubt you will have a warranty if you have been doing all the work.

Well i got a call back from Cummins today and they told me that it was a known problem and that they would send me a new head free of charge. He didnt ask what was done to it or anything but i felt that i was gonna feel better about myself if i told him the truck had been modified. So after tellin him what was done to the motor he told me that i was going to have to pay for it but for being honest he said that he would knock 1000 bucks off of it and send me a free 50mm holset turbo just like the one i blew up. So I'm happy now my truck should be up and runnin next week sometime i hope thanks for the help guys.
