Default 2007 Classic LBZ issues p2122/2128

Howdy folks,
I gotta issue with my never-fail 07 Classic LBZ. Squirrels got into my engine compartment for some warmth, and ate the everloving hell outta some of my wires. Mainly the upper harness on the dr side toward the firewall. We've cut the 10 pin plug outta there and respliced the wires to their matching coordinated wires, as they were going into both sides of the plug. The pink and (I believe) tan were deadheaded into the plug, so they are now just capped.

The lasting trouble is that my truck is still in "reduced power mode" but other than that runs just fine, if you enjoy 6-8 mph top speed. The codes it keeps throwing are P2122 and P2128, specifying a low ref voltage on I believe D pin and a high reference on another pin. The codes instantly return as soon as they are cleared. I've replaced the entire pedal, as the TPS is built onto it, but no fix occurred. Is there another harness or wire that we are missing?

Theories abound...did my accelerator issue just happen to start at the same time the squirrels went to chewing, is it just an issue of a 17 year old truck, and most importantly, HOW DO I FIX/CLEAR the problem?????

Thanks for any and all suggestions, ideas, etc. It is appreciated!!
