Default '93 6.5L TD Mechanical IP Crankshaft Position Sensor?

'93 6.5L TD Manual Trans, Mechanical IP
This is my hardest Rubix Cube of the 2021 year. I have spent a countless number of hours in 3 years searching for pics/documents/videos to try to find a '93 wiring diagram.. more specifically over the last 3 full days, as I have removed the intake to view the harness,, fix this issue,, and replace valve cover gaskets.

My motor **has a Crankshaft Position Sensor** at the harmonic balancer. 3 pin, all black wires. Plug strait chills on my power steering pump. Upper engine harness is pretty haggard.

I saved this AWESOME MACHINE from eminent doom from previous owner. "My Son Is A Diesel Tech."

I have replaced every problem, in EVERY SYSTEM in the truck, but one. The CPS has nothing to plug into.

Dashboard SOS : Brake light now beats 1 long, 9 short, though it only RECENENTLY began to do this, after 20000 miles I've put on it in 3 years.

Motor "was replaced with a new motor with 30,000 miles" but with no specification as to where it came from, or what year. 290381mi on the odometer. Supposedly 50,000 on motor.

** 1 - Does the '93 6.5L TD have a Crankshaft Position Sensor?
** 2 - There are 5 wires I need to learn what they are, that are all cut. Upper engine harness next to fuel filter, at main firewall harness junction :
** A - I found a large gray(?) Wire cut, nowhere to connect to. ** B - I found a black w/white stripe (dark blue w/white stripe?) cut, with nowhere to connect to.
** C - I found two long green wires that were twisted together, that stretched almost all the way to the A/C clutch switch, terminated together, and taped to the A/C compressor switch wire.
** D - I found that the plug that goes to the Temp Switch on coolant crossover tube has a small pink wire that traces back to a 2 pin plug near the block; that small pink wire, and a large pink wire. The small pink wire goes from that plug, from near the block, to the temp switch, then the temp switch sends another green wire to IP, with green jumper to IP. The big red wire comes out, after that plug near the block, and is cut, and was taped off by its self. What is this larger pink wire supposed to go to?
** 3 - There is an electronic module hanging from my brake booster... this engine with no PMD, what is/why There?

I am restoring this truck for Mobile Mechanics Work, and Band Tours. I've got a lot of Great Phamily depending on this AWESOME MACHINE. Any advice to get these wires restored would be of Great Value for us. Thank You for your time.
