possible stall converter issue

possible stall converter issue
good after noon folks . been a while . here is what i have
om617 swap 700R4
no mods but for the addition of inner cooler
B&M converter with 2200 stall .
this has all worked fine for a few years now . however i just finished a SoA and went from 33s to 35s and 4.11 gears .
all was as expected tell yesterday .
when pulling away from a stop sign it accelerated as expected in 1 and 2 gear but when it shifted to 3rd it fell flat . maxing out at 45 mph all the way home .
RPMs in 3rd climb to 2800 and thats it . more peddle does nothing . Egs stay at 900 and trans temp is in the 180 range . Boost is staying where i have it set at 12lbs
I warmed her up this morning and found the same issue . i did a quick stall test and all im getting is 1500-1600 rpm with full peddle .
thoughts please ?

yep I had RPMs . would rev all the way to red line with no hesitation
1970 Scout 800 .
i got it figured out . turned out to be a bad TV cable. it was slipping in and out of the plastic keeper about 1/4 to 3/8 of an inch .
Was checking the boost to from intake to Alda and just happened to see it slip .
Im thinking it was slipping out just enough that the shift to 3rd was just enough low in the RPM and the little om617 couldn't push it into the power band .
replaced the TV. adjusted it and now she is back in business
