Hi i have a 91 first gen cummins with a Banks intercooler. But after i turnd my ve pump up ive had problems starting. If the motor is warm it won't start sitting up hill. But will sitting down hill. I replaced my transfer pump thinking that might be it but it didn't help at all, and a new fule filter didn't as well. So any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated!

 

you have fuel leaking back pressure some where. pump the transfer pump up each time and see if that helps. if it does look for leaks.
