Default 97 7.3 Stroke Shudder/Miss

97 7.3 5spd 212xxx cc lb mods are superchip programmer, cold air, 4 inch diamond eye
owned truck for about a year had issue since I have owned it but just cant quite diagnose
start out with what I have looked at
icp was good
did new glowplugs looked at harness and connections while I was under the cover and didn't see any issiues with connections or wiring
only present codes are p0472 for ebp voltage
no starting issues
don't believe any cps issues
new fuel/air filter
map sensor ok
hooked up a scan tool
at idle at 200 rpm driving
hpop psi- 585 hpop psi- 790 hpop-540-2600 psi
injpw-1200 injpw-1200 injpw-450-2200
ipr- 12 % ipr-9 % ipr- up to 36%
the truck has a miss/shudder under heavy acceleration or under a load like hills need to downshift and feels like the doors are going to come off sometimes other days I can hardly notice it sometimes, ambient temperature does not seem to be issue or engine temp hot or cold. with my programmer on high performance its the worst and while tuning it down the shudder decreases and when I take the tuner off you can barely notice it. I have ridin in and drove many 7.3s and mine just seems to have low power issue it is the biggist and longest truck I understead weight to power but I think it should have more power then what it does to me.
I am not sure weather its injectors being they are stock and just worn out or ripped orings I feel it is a fuelling issue. maybe a sticky or failing ipr, just not sure probably just need to pull injectors and look if they are burnt oro ring issue but just hvant yet looking for any other advice thanks

I just finish fixing one with almost same problem, what I had to do

take off the programmer (bullydog), re-flash computer, truck ran fine but had no power, so I ordered a new programmer for him (edge)and now the truck runs, as he puts it "it has more a$$ than it did from when I bought the truck.

what I looked into before I came across the fix
oil pump
cam sensor
ipr
icp
all sensors checked with correct ohms
I also pulled injectors and found only two with bad o-rings, replaced them and she still acted the same, only once I took off the old programmer it started to act fine.

the best way I can explain the problem, the truck acted like it was de-fueling in the higher rpm's

reflashing the computer makes sence iv heard of other people doing this and it working, why order a new programmer though? whenever I got the truck it had a 60 horse banks chip so I thought that could be leading to it and took it out and my friend gave me the superchip programmer and it didn't make any difference changing between the two

well today truck **** the bed, did notice a different type of cutting out like it was defueling or loosing fuel pressure. two days earlier fuel filter light not water in fuel light was coming on and off and today after work it stayed on and about stalled a couple different times but got it off the road and is still sittin thought maybe gelled fuel but put new filter in and fuel bowl was not refilling itself tried to manual prime it and would run til out of the fuel I dumped in the die. I am thinking either clogged ipr screen, mechanical fuel pump, or just faulty ipr, or just sucking air somewhere any suggestions help thanks
