Looking for help. One owner 06 350. Had the egr delete,head studs,gaskets, exhaust and intake.
Just added new Injectors and Fti low stall convertor trying to solve shake. Does it at 5 gear change under 60 mph.
Also will buck if you ease intothe throttle over 65.

Ficm went down and lost two injectors so I then had the previous stuff done along with upgraded Ficm.

Any thoughts. One guy told me there was a click to connect oil fitting under the intake that could be leaking not allowing the Ijectors to perform 100%

that shaking is a miss, check your FICM connections and also double check the injector connections, pull on each one to make sure they are tight.

 

thanks you for your reply this is really frustrating me and all I want is my troublesome truck to run descent.
I checked the ficm connections last nite. actually had it out twice over the last 6 months too,I looked at the fender connections and all the injector connections. Its weird it will vibrate in drive at idle with the ac on ,But turn the ac off and it goes away.
also @ 55 right when it shifts into od.
I had all the injectors replaced with Ford original ones, hoping to cure the issue and also re-sent the ficm back to ficm repair (Ed who is very good)engine is still missing. it has been 40,000 miles I have dealt with this. truck has 144k on it wondering If its time to give up and buy another brand. I love the room and quality of this ford and bought it brand new.
I owe nothing on it so reaching out to Diesel Bombers for a last attempt for help.

3 sets of ford head gaskets while under warranty (truck spent 6 months in Ford service shops having warranty repairs done and usually something else broken afterwards), now has arp studs and aftermarket gaskets no egr valve or cooler, sniper tune and ficm tune, I pull a 13,000lb boat and a similar car trailer but always baby the throttle and let the truck shift on its own @ 2500 rpm.
any local recommendations who I can take it too? I live in Orlando Fl.
