Ok so about a week ago i jumped in the truck backed out of the driveway and couldn't turn and barely got it stopped pulled back in and left it parked. I just changed out the power steering pump yesterday but still have no power steering or power brakes. any ideas of what to check.

the truck is a 99 dodge ram 2500 24 valve 5 speed

Its got full fluid
Ive run the wheel lock to lock about 15 times. still squirts out fluid but the dipstick reads over full on cold and there doesn't seem to be any air bubbles in it.
I changed out 2 of the 3 lines that run to or from it.
I am still getting vacuum pressure so I don't think that that's bad.

 

Is it possible to of put the steering pump and vacuum pump together with out the drive shafts being mated together?

 

So i got it figured out today. I had forced them together with out lining them up. got a new pump placed them together the right way and everything seems to be working great.
