6.5 turbo diesel won't turn off

Default 6.5 turbo diesel won't turn off
Hey guys I have the strangest problem my 6.5 won't turn off runs great but just won't turn off
I have changed the shut off solenoid the part on the back of the steering column where the wires go into my key works fine turns on goes into the aux. is there a relay that could be sticking some ware?

on the injection pump there is a couple of hot wires that excite the fuel sylenoid make sure that they are not staying hot
