man in the county im in i hard a hardship licences the day i turned 15 it was supose to have a 11.30 curfue time on it but they messed up, i just told them i had to feed the cows 3 times a day 30 miles away
i dont think u can get them any moore though but that was only a little 6 years ago alot has changed , oh and i had that before i took drivers ed u just had to take the driving test and written the i got a full cdl the day i turned 18
