yeah you don't want to pump the brakes. It is entirely possible that the tires are unbalanced. If they are you should be able to feel the difference while you are driving at speed. You could always have the tires balanced by the tire shop.

John, I had just washed it the day before so dont feel bad. Your truck didnt look that dirty to me. Nice smoke cloud across 290 BTW.
