Question DirtyMaxx or Cummins

I got a few questions about the differences between these two. Well, you know how you can P-pump a 24V Cummins and it turns into a beast?! What are some of the things you can do to a Duramax and "wake it up?" Also, which year of the Duramax are better than the others and why?

well i have heard of at least one guy in norway or finland that used a 8cylinder p-pump on a duramax in a pulling tractor... im not sure why you would want to switch from HPCR to mechanical injection other than simplicity

the #1 thing you can do to a duramax is getting EFI live and getting a custom tune, you can tune anything you want with EFI live, as long as you know what your doing, after that your going to need a lift-pump, dual cp3's, transmission, and compounds, you could easy make 600hp+ with that

you have to watch out for injectors on LB7's, intake congestion on LLY's and cracking pistons on LBZ/LMM's

after 600hp your gona need a keyed cam, x/h connecting rods, head studs etc. it gets pricy
