I am ready to do some thing else to my truck for looks. I have bed rails in the paint shop right now getting painted Chevy black. I am taking the chrome steps off and going to put on the Amp steps real soon hopefully this week.

I want to do something else but I am stumped, I don't know if enough is enough or what. Since most of the people here are truck guys/girls you know what you like to see on a truck with out it being gawdy.

I am not going to put dual shocks on the front, I like the looks but I had them on my last truck and it rode like a freight train. Since I drive 250 mile a day most of the time I cannot get beat up while driving.

Here are my thoughts.

Taking the wood (fake) out of the interior and putting in the brushed aluminum in its place.

Adding a sunroof and or a power sliding rear window.

Removing all the exterior chrome except the wheels and blacking it out.

Adding the chrome lighted door sills if they make them yet.

I am open to any suggestions, don't worry about hurting my feelings on your input.

 

get smoked led lights....if you're truck has cab lights...smoked led...not sure about chevy mirrors. but get smoked led taillights...it'll look awesome.

Take off the 2500HD badges and then add a dual stack Kit

 

i say black it out like you mentioned minus the rims. maybe the front bumper from a GMC or some type of bumper cover to tone it down.

what kind of temps will powder coat stand up to? i think some all black stacks, with the exception of say the upper 6-8 inches would look cool.
