Default Looking for brand input on Performance upgrades

Ive had my 97 12v for some time now. Looking to do some work this summer to it with my free time. I have some of the parts I'm looking to get listed below, along with links to the ones i found on the market.
So here is what I found so far. Let me know if i shouldn't buy any of these brands or types. haha. Still doing some deciding on gauges. Have a boost gauge i may just get matching trans temp and egt. or find some others online..

If I did this right, should be able to click the links in each title..

Id rather buy one and have stock to replace just in case. Everyone says there is a $30 one on ebay but the forums are 3 years old. Cheapest i see is 70.

BAHF Filter- $50 + $32 for outerwear
sucks the outwear is an extra $32

4k springs- $115
Seems like everyone recommends these bocsh ones.

Does this look like a good start? good prices?
Anything i should buy differently? or maybe a vendor that sells all or most of these parts?

Thanks for the help guys! hope to get these things ordered up and thrown on here in the next couple weeks. http://s905.photobucket.com/user/codysmith123456/media/unnamed_zpssnl3oug8.jpg.html

Is there a reason my picture isn't showing up? Worked in preview and my introduction thread?

get a afe bhaf and get the dry one with their pre filter. much nicer, better flowing and cleanable but no oil. 4 gsk is good but you need valve springs. 60lbs from pretty much reputable company. i have ii 150's which are basically 60lbs ones. but switching to 165lb hamiltons which are better and can handle a lot more. boost elbow is a waste of money on a stock turbo truck. just clamp the gate and spend the money else where or save for a turbo. you have gauges for a reason and i doubt you have the fuel to break a hx35. and fuel plate honestly grind your own and tune it, if your gonna buy one buy a 10# otherwise grind a 0/100 style. you should set a basic goal for the truck and try to build it in the most efficient way possible. so you aren't doing something twice or buying little do dads for stock parts that you will replace down the road. why spend 150$ on a fuel plate and boost elbow you can get the same effect for free. then save that money for a turbo or something that is useful. just my .02
