Default need some input please

So here is my issue...

2012 Ram 2500
H&S MiniMaxx Standard timing
Fully deleted including DPF and EGR with 5" TBE

On performance mode from a dead stop to WOT, for a split second between shifts’ (1-2 and 2-3) the motor seems to shuts down. No CEL and no drop in fuel pressure.

So I did the obvious and called H&S. Tech Support said my fuel filter needs to be replaced every 5000 miles. (Never heard such a thing) this is my 5th diesel and have never had to replace it that soon. So I replaced it just in case. Still same problem.

Called my Service advisor…(he is tuned too so no big deal) he said that MAYBE the torque is “more than the truck can handle” I wasn’t on-board with this as he was kinda assuming it felt like.

Has anyone had this problem?

bunch of my buddies have the H&S tunes, and when they run the hot ones on their stock transmissions the truck tells them to stick it where the sun doesnt shine, only their trucks beep at them (de fueling) no drop in rail pressure doesnt really point too de fueling though, hope youre transmission isn't going out, did you get a transmission tune as well?

Hey Dutch...thanks for the response.

I have not tuned the trans to this point. Just the basic download after deletes. Its weird with the trans....it has been doing this since day one of post tune. The truck had 12K on it before tune and now has 21K. It doesn't do it on any other setting but Performance. ( have NOT paid for the super hot tune unlock). Not sure what to think.

If the Trans was giving out wouldn't that throw a code or 3? If it were slipping or something...

not sure, I personally dont have experience with a 6.7 or the newer transmissions, but i know h&s can do transmission tunes for pressure, might be worth looking in too!
