Default oem parts deals

Where are you guys getting the good priced oem parts/access. ? I have my source that has not been beat yet, but always looking . you will have to pm for name. I have been banned elsewhere for saying. that sites parts sponsor did drop their price on a special deal after that and then claimed to be lowest anywhere!!

Best place I'v found is GM Parts Direct.com. They've been a little cheaper that the local dealership but not by a lot. For instance, just purchased all 3 tranny lines for my LMM for $100 delivered to the door with a smile.

We're open to discussion around here! Heck us vendors use some of these places too!
I've got some Okay deals on factory parts but nothing to write home about.

I have yet to see them close enough for risk of problems I have heard of, you probably bought three different parts and paid 3 inflated shipping prices. The parts were marginally cheaper, but the more you buy the more you lose shipping. They might be good for one item, and hope you never have a problem, try to get someone on a phone. they were over $200. higher on my last order of 7 items for $1200.
If you must search, google trademotion gm parts you will get everyone using that software for online/checkout.
I use oempartstoday.com, they shipped 800 miles at 180. cheaper than anyone I found. Free shipping over $100. unless o/s, you can get someone on the phone and email for help. see Nick, referred by bigfish/Larry

No matter where you go try this,
1)know your part# and search for it
2)If you are looking up access. , check the price in accessorie section. Then go back to search(out of access. section) and search by that part #, I usually find a cheaper price as a "part" instead of an "accessorie"

I hope I haven't stepped on anybody's toes. I was banned on a site for telling this same thing. Their sponsor was running a "special" at 79.99 and I posted oem.. was $75.20 everyday price, I was banned forever for "spamming". I looked later and saw they went to 74.99 w/free shipping and claimed to be lowest around because the site adm. got the deal.

Lately I've been using eBay as my source. The GM dealership here is USELESS, they can't even find me simple part numbers and just look through their catalog anyways, GMpartsdirect.ca is good, but ebay has given me two of the best deals lately. I picked up an OEM winterfront for $50, upgraded tow mirrors for $600/set with shipping. (Kool Vue OEM style). Keeping in mind that I'm in Canada, it's harder to get the same great deals because everything is pretty much shipped here from the US so it costs more.

I asked my dealer about selling me a $1500. cash order at 10% over cost(employee discount), when I bought the new truck. I was offered 10% discount. I ordered them 800 miles away. I would have thought 10% to unload a truck and have a happy customer was better than 0%.
