Trucks loping when cold?

I have a 03 duramax and sometimes it lopes when i start it. I have the PPE ported fuel ports would that have something to do with it?

how old is the fuel filter, the ported rails should have anything to do with it.

i changed the fuel filter about 5 to 6000 miles ago, but it only does it sometimes
