lifting suburban
i have a 99 2500 6.5 surburban and i cant find a suspension lift or a body lift for the life of me that doesnt say EXCEPT FOR DIESEL in the added notes. is there a reason for that? what is the reason all the lifts i look say except for diesels. ive found leveling kits for my truck but i really just want to do a 3" body lift on it. the only problem ive had with going with the leveling kit is that i dont know what color torsion keys i have, my stock ones are all rusted so i cant read on them what color they are. if someone could help me out or give me some input it would be greatly appreciated. oh and also i dont want to spend alot of money on lifting it and minimum i would like a 3" lift. thanks

I really dont know why any susp lift would exclude deisel.....same susp/drivetrain and the 6.5 isnt any heavier than a 454......I would buy the lift you want and not worry about it..... my roomate has a 97 2500 deisel suburban sitting in the driveway with 6" suspension lift (believe its fabtech)......been on there almost since new and never had any kind of problem.....doesnt even droop in the front, sits perfectly level to this day, drives just as smooth as can be!
