Question Code issues

I have an 06 with edge with attitude turbo back cold air intake an air dog filters and snow patrol meth. So here recently I've been shooting codes p0402 and p0401. Dies anyone know what these are and possibly what I can do to fix them. Thanks in advance jeff

Excessive egr flow. Caused by your exhaust. You need a "finger stick" why they call it that I dunno? Can get one from Kennedy Diesel

When I cut the muffler and cat out of my exhaust and put in the EGR block off plate I always had p0401 coming up, I got EFI live and it fixed the problem
