Default electrical issues

ok figure this one out... to start my truck in the morning in the cold i have to warm the fuse box under the hood with a hair dryer. everything works except glow plugs and power to starter till i warm them up. i replaced the starter relay already and that isnt the problem. i have pulled the cover and all the wiring appears to be fine ( i.e. nothing pinched or broke )
i am baffled, any suggestions would be great. thanks alot

the glow plugs and starter get power directly from the battery. have you gotten them tested?
