Default computer issues?

so we borrowed a bully dog for a day and put on a 03 duramax. the only other upgrades are a banks intake and 4inch exhaust. now the truck hardly smoked, and it didnt really didnt change the sound of the truck nor the performance. and even before we put the prgrammer on the little screen in the dash is telling us to service the 4wd system and air bags. . .everything works but it still tells us that and every so often the parking brake light and abs light will come on and stay on till you shut the truck off. any ideas??? thanks

I know with my bully dog you have to remove four fuses before running the upload or it can harm one of the computers.
