Okay so i'm not really sure why this is happening. I've kinda got an idea but anyways, when i hit 90mph i can feel like a kick or a jerk in the truck. it's not like real harsh or anything. just slight. but when it happens my boost will fall like 10 psi. i mean i'll be at a little over 2500rpm with a steady increase in speed and then it'll just drop from 17-19 psi to 7-9 or somewhere around there. and it bugs the mess outta me. cause after i get like 3-4mph past 90mph the boost jumps back to where it was.
(it will sometimes do this at 85 and 90mph, 85 has less "kick" though. and drops from like 13-15 psi to the 7-9.)


oh and i finally got my EGT gauge hooked up but it's weird cause my reading changes to 20-50* cooler whenever i turn my gauge lights on. and some how hookin them up caused my reverse lights to stay on so i've had to take them out till i get that whole deal figured out.

 

you still running the 225 tune?

 

yes sir i am. and i'm pretty sure it's got somethin to do with that cause i don't have the problem on the 160 tune. but i'm gettin a suncoast stage 4 in a month. so i'm hopin that will fix my tranny problems. oh and i'm runnin 2.5 - 3 psi at 70mph.

yeah that's what i'm thinkin. i've turned the power down on it till i get my new tranny.
