Never done that or seen anobdy install one before. What kind are you getting?

finding a place to mount the pump and the tank and controller would be kinds the hardest to do in a parking lot. Then maybe its a few wires and hoses to set it up

You can leave about 4-6 hours out of your day to install a typical H2O/CH3OH injection kit.

Mine has been a semi-constant process over the last six months.

The basic kits involve removing mainfold, drilling and tapping the manifold, reinstalling the manifold, installing a pump, installing a controller, installing the controller sensors if it comes with them, installing a reservoir, and then wiring and plumbing it all together.

he could remove the intake air heater and install plug in it with a tap in there. i have a plug that fits in place of the intake air heater that needs tapping laying around.

some people even install a SD manifold it comes with a few taps built in so i can run anything you want in it.

I installed a system on my truck and it took about 3 hours. It didn't have a controller, just an on/off switch to put in cab and is activated by a pressure switch which I have set at 20 psi. seems to work great especially when I tow a trailer.

the easiest way is to just drill into the air intake tube after the filter that way is mixes with the air and just makes for a faster install
