ill be putting it together soon im going to adjust the valves tomorrow i figure its already down why not take a few hours and do while i can. where is the best spot for the EGT probe? i was thinking drivers side manifold is this right?

update. I decided to detail the engine chevy ornge black and polished aluminum so far valve covers are chevy ornge all steel brakets are gloss black stock boost tubes polished and more to done before I reasble it

yeah i done chevy orange cause ive never seen it before its looking really good so far i only have the injectors in one side. ive been so busy haven't really had time to fool with it,
i cant wait to start driving it im driving a 1989 GMC suburban 2500 4x4 with a 350 gasser every day to work im gettin maybe 8mpg if im goin down hill with a tail wind

hay, Walker. you may want to dump that carquest (wix) fuel filter and go with a coalescer filter such as the racor (Racor Coalescer Fuel Filters PFF50216 - Chevy and GMC Duramax Diesel Forum)

with new injectors comes new protection...
