Default Buying a 98 6.5 with high milage

I am looking at buying a 1998 K2500 with a 6.5 turbo in it but it has 240000 miles on it and I'm not real sure if there us anything that I should be real concerned about. It is 5 speed and has a lot of new parts but its stock and hasn't been messed with. The guy who has it just tows his camper with it and sounds like he babies it. No excessive black smoke. I think its a good deal but just not sure, plus its 3 hours from home. Any input would be great thanks.

It has been replaced and relocated already. The other thing is I don't know if it will hurt it to let it breathe better with intake and turbo back exhaust. Any ideas?

I have a 3 1/2 inch exhaust on mine it breaths pretty good and thats with the stock 1994 breather box been looking for a later model 1997 and up K47 style box no luck as of yet here junk yards are depleted due to high scrap prices I reckon, keep in mind these are not power housesbut they will pull 10K to 12K with no problems
