you can get a turbo master at heath diesel for around $119, and they are good because you can manually control your boost. he will give you instructions to set it at a safe level with the TM when you buy it. you WILL feel a difference trust me!

or you can make one for about 5$ but it will require more effort on your part in figuring out what pound springs you would need

No problems. Don't post false information and there is no need to be corrected. Its not my fault people get hurt over information.

Or you can make one and use your existing vacuum wastegate controller.
Just connect it to boost pressure in place of the solenoid.
