i dont think it will Andy, not certain but i dont think it will, i think they use different extension housing bolt patterns, but the case is a 241.....

wont fit...........yes its a 241 but the Chev and Dodge are different

1 1/4 compared to 1 3/8's aint it????.......i know that was what it used to be o nthe SM465 4 speed......
