Default OPS rewiring

Hi Hi! I just found this site while Googling for answers to a wiring problem I'm having with my '95 Sierra. I've just installed a 6.5td out of a '97 Sierra.
The issue is no power at terminal 86 on the lp relay. I saw Crazy's rewire post here ( https://www.dieselbombers.com/chevy-...mp-rewire.html ) and that looks like a great idea, (I've had problems here before) but I'm not sure if that'll help this time around.
Here's what I've found so far...
No power to the lp,
Power at #30 on fuel pump relay and pump runs when I jump #30 to #87
No keyed power at #86. I believe keyed power should be there to send #30 power to the lp via #87
I tested another ops,
Checked power at ops plug. I found constant power at one terminal, keyed power at another and no power at the third. I assume this to be functioning properly now.

So... Before I go ahead and do the rewire, is there anything I'm missing?
I have verified a working pump,
Tested ops
Tested power to ops
Tested and swapped out multiple relays

Thanks in advance for imparting some of your diesel wisdom upon me...

Problem solved. Just ran a new keyed power wire from the in-dash fuse block to terminal 86 on my fuel switching relay.
