Since we are having the same issues with trucks, I thought this might help. I couldn't get fuel to injectors. We removed the intake and loosened fuel line to IP. After getting fuel there,I opened injector lines at the IP and after a few minutes, got fuel there also. Then opened lines at the injectors and after a few minutes of crankin, got fuel there. Closed everything up and the truck fired and ran for a few. Put the intake back on and now won't start. I don't know if that helps. If you find out something, let me know. I'm going to remove intake again and start over. Maybe fuel line is collapsing.

 

you will fine it plug in to top of the IP just unplug at both ends and plug the wire harness back in to the IP take 5mins do that

 

Thanks Crazy, I checked and found no plug as your pictures show. I don't believe it has ever been on my truck as I am the only owner unless the dealer removed it years ago when they replaced one of the bad injector pumps. Could the crank sensor have any impact on my problem?
