I think i found the problem to the no fuel to the injector pump and the problem was the electronic fuel shut off. This shut off is just a spring loaded plunger and it was stucking in the shut off. To test this take it off and some fuel will shoot out of it put you will also get fuel to the injectors. I wanna thank everyone for the help everyone put out there and also wish everyone else good luck and stay wrenching....

Mine does the same thing! But last night I finally figured out that the problem it seems is that I have a faulty connector where I plug in the PMD! Just rule out wiring too if you are running all arround the engine anyway.

If a remote mount PMD with aftermarket extension harness, just unplug PMD and move it to plug back into the stock harness bypassing the extension harness.

For the poster with code 18 you might have a bad Optical Sensor electronic noise filter as mentioned already-remove it and the get 3 pieces of ferrite core from radio shack and install them on the OS harness wires in combination with a bad crankshaft sensor-AC Delco ONLY aince most aftermarket sensors are bad out of the box.

It is more polite to start your own thread even if you think your problem is related-it keeps from muddying the waters for the original poster, thread stealing is frowned upon.

Be lots of help for you if you start a "new thread",black box in the upper left of the 6.2,6.5 page.

BTW Welcome to Diesel Bombers-sorry to direct you to start over on your first post.
