Default ME TOO!

I am having the same issues w fuel delivery as USMC. I have a 94 6.5 TD with an innercooler and I have no idea what else, except for there is a gage that shows me the boost and when she runs right if I get on it the boost gets to 15psi real quick! I have already bought an aftermarket PMD w teather and heatsink or whatever they call it. I AM NO MECHANIC! So this truck was a bad choice for me. But I am broke as a joke and need this truck to work! This is an intermitent problem like what has already been described, but mine also hase the service engine soon light come on and off. I had the lifter pump replaced in Tennessee, and believe it or not, that was after towing a trainer from AZ running on just the IP! Please help!
