Rotella T Oil Any Good?
hey guys, i was runnin esso xd 15w 40.... had a good supply on it, which now has dried up, 
.... i noticed that rotella was about 12$ a jug... thinkin of goin to that. Any other cheap favourites I could find at autozone or a big chain store in michigan? thanks!
also, what should be the regular interval to do an oil change on my 2000 6.5L? I just read fram is no good for filters... what should i run for a decent price?

i run rotella. it's good. trucker recommended it then so did many others. i'd say about every 5k miles for a change. thats when mine gets done. as for filters what's a gm filter? i use motorcraft because i own a ford
