Ok here we go i have a 2002 3588 express cutaway van
I had a turbo on it's way out since replaced also noticed that 1 or my batteries top was froze off so i replaced them with duralast gold 1000 cca battery's and cleaned all connections also noticed that the starter was week so it has been replaced. Upon start up i noticed that there was a lot of black smoke and i also heard a clicking sound that seams as it is the glow plug relay any ideas why this wont start?

 

do have spear PMD try sound like it maybe have gone south on you aalso check all grounds and clean them seeing that you have black smoke at the tail pipe tell me getting to the injectors

 

Ok cleaned all grounds and i just ordered a new pmd and glow plug relay.

Also last year relocated the pmd to the front bumper on a cooler.
