the brakes on my truck have alway stuck a little when it is raining, and lock up really easy. they are really touchy even on dry days. today i was driving to town and when i hit the brakes they locked up like always but did not disengage. the back brakes seem to have locked up and they wont let go.... any ideas?

 

sure its the brakes n not the rear?
