it is but the combo of crappy tires, freshly fallen wet snow and low end torque makes it hard to get traction

no but its not a big problem for me. the city i live in plows pretty quick so the snow is gone pretty fast but for that little time its on the street i just throw it in 4wd

i dont have a posi rear end, its just spins one wheel haha. if it gets bad i might get a set of chains. they only plow the major highways and do the back roads last, which means snow and ice is usually on them for weeks until they get them scraped

that sucks. I have posi and can just put on one chain. I drove the truck most of last winter with no 4wd.
