can anybody tell me how to time a olds 350 diesel?

go get yourself a haynes techbook diesel engine repair manual for the 5.7, 6.2, 6.5 and the ford 6.9, 7.3. has all the info on the old fuel systems on those old diesels

IIRC moms 79 olds diesel had a timing mark on the pump and on the mount. Line up and instantly timed. Just look down in the mount to see that the offset in the drive is lined up before shoving it in there.
